CDL reviewed frac fluid injection and flowback water production from the Montney, Spirit River, and Cardium formations. Produced water recovery was evaluated by play area, operator, fluid type, and CO2/N2 Energizer usage. Analyzed near term impact from the volumes of load recovery and longer term impact from WGR curves and how complex fracture networks affects liquids recovery.
