This is the third of a seven-part Duvernay study. Part C comprises geological and hydrogeological mapping. Maps include isopachs, structure, residuals, pore pressure gradient and pressure systems Canadian Discovery Ltd. (CDL), Graham Davies Geological Consultants Ltd. (GDGC), and Trican Geological Solutions (TGS) are joint partners in this study. The two primary objectives of this study are to understand the geomechanical setting and its implications, and to define the Duvernay Petroleum System. Secondary objectives are to characterize the Duvernay reservoir, to conduct a regional geologic analysis, including detailed petrophysics, and to conduct a completions review.
