This project studies the influence of hydrodynamics on the migration and preservation of oil in the Maranon Basin of Peru. Paleo and present oil migration pathways are mapped to identify prospective areas for future exploration. This project, which was conducted for the Peru Energy Regulatory Assistance Project (PERAP) and the Canadian Petroleum Institute (CPI) with generous funding form the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is available for free.
