Phase III of this Cretaceous Second White Specks geomechanical study analyzed the drilling experience in the 100/12-23-037-04W5/00 horizontal well and to compare its hydraulic fracturing experience to other Second White Specks horizontal wells in the Sylvan Lake area. Deliverables include a completion summary, drilling experience analysis, SH model verification and minifrac data for the subject well, comparison of the hydraulic fracturing experience between the subject well and offsetting horizontal wells, near-wellbore stress concentrations, potential for different stress magnitudes and orientations, hydraulic fracture reorientation and slip on pre-existing fractures and faults in the Sylvan Lake area.
